I take your privacy seriously. I only collect the information needed to process your order (name, address, email) and never sell or rent it to third parties. Your payment details are handled securely by Squarespace/Stripe and aren't stored on my site. You can request to see or delete your data at any time by emailing me. SHIPPING AND FEES

How is shipping calculated? Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order, including all packaging materials. You'll see your exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Who pays customs and import taxes? All orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are payable upon delivery. We don't collect these fees at checkout — they're handled by your local customs authority or courier.

How can I find out my country's import tax rules? Check with your local customs website or contact your courier (USPS, Canada Post, NZ Post, Australia Post, etc.) for current rates and thresholds. Rules vary by country.

Do you ship internationally? Yes — we currently ship to the UK, Europe the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. Shipping rates vary by destination and weight. If you would like a copy sent outside of these location please contact me for a direct quote.

RETURN POLICY

I want you to be happy with your purchase. Because each book is printed in small runs and my margins are modest, I ask that you check the description carefully before ordering.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your book arrives damaged, defective, contact me within 14 days of delivery with a photo. I'll refund the full cost including original shipping — no need to return the damaged copy unless asked.

Change of mind: You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, as required under UK consumer law. This applies to genuine change of mind, not mistaken orders (e.g., wrong title or quantity). The book must be returned unused and in its original condition, at your own shipping cost. Once I receive it and confirm it's resalable, I'll refund the purchase price (original shipping is non-refundable). Mistaken orders due to buyer error are not eligible for refund unless the error was on my end.

European & International orders: Customs duties and import taxes on your order are payable by you and are not refundable by me, as these are charged by your local authority. Any refund from my side covers only what I charged you.
